CHIRP TECHNOLOGY
CHIRP is an advanced fishfinder technology available for anglers and sailors. CHIRP
fishfinder in spite of standard fishfinders does not emit a single frequency beam, but uses
a multi-frequency one. Consequently each returning frequency is processed individually
in CHIRP technology. Due o a fact that the multi-frequency beam provide much wider
spectrum of a data comparing to the single frequency one, the analyzed picture contains
much more details and has higher resolution. Garmin CHIRP technology products are
available for both off-shore and inland anglers and for bigger vessels with black boxes,
dealing with a marine fishing.
